Automation & Robotics
Armada Industries have designed, built and commissioned a range of automated machinery for a wide variety of assembly and production applications. Some involving fully automated processes to assemble a product, to less complex solutions where the operator interacts closer with the equipment in order to complete the required task. With our manufacturing knowledge and understanding of automation technology, Armada provides cutting-edge automated assembly equipment. Our automated assembly machines can include part feeding, indexing, machine vision, controllers, screwdriver spindles, and process monitoring systems. We aim to increase your production outputs and reduce costs with shorter cycle times, improved operator ergonomics and zero-defect assembly by incorporating in-line or end-of-line testing.
Automated Assembly Equipment That We Manufacture
Fully automated assembly systems that can include robotics, automated feeders, and are a higher level of automated control with minimal operator interaction.
Semi-automated assembly equipment requires more operator interaction. For instance, an operator loading and unloading parts into a machine, a pre-assembly station being and the machine performing the remaining assembly steps.
Manual assembly equipment with single workstations and a low level of automated control. Typically these stations would include manually operated tooling or fixturing with automated part presence and verification sensors to verify the assembly process.
Robotic Automation has been seen major growth in the last two decades. Day in day our innovative engineers are finding new applications for these amazing machines that make production more efficient and companies more profitable. Below are some applications where robots have successfully deployed to carry out manual tasks:
- Complex Robotic Systems, including conveyor systems and traffic management
- Robotic Assembling
- Quality Control Vision Cells Tending
- Vision Guided and Conveyor Tracking Robotics
- 3, 5 and 6-axis Robotic Soldering
- Molding Machine Robotic Tending
- Robotic Manufacturing Machine Tending (CNC, Grinding, Honing etc.)
- Robotic welding, Arc, MIG, TIG, Laser
- Robotic Sheet Metal Bending and Handling
- Robotic Palletizing, including conveyor systems and traffic management
- Robotic Painting
Collaborative Robots are significantly changing production by automating repetitive and mundane task normally carried out by a manual worker. UR Robots can be used with either Pneumatic OR Electronic end of arm tools; grippers, force torque sensors, cameras and lights. Universal Robots believe in keeping it simple. With just three different collaborative robots available, they are easily integrated into existing production environments. With six articulation points, and a wide scope of flexibility, the collaborative robot arms are designed to mimic the range of motion of a human arm
The Universal collaborative robot is an optimal assistant in assembly, polish, glue, and screw applications requiring uniform product quality. Because of its compact form and easy programming, it’s easy to switch it between tasks to meet agile manufacturing needs making total cost of ownership low and payback period ultra-fast.
